Where This Product Fits
This series of hydrogen and oxygen machines electrolyzes pure water to produce high-purity hydrogen. Its core SPE electrode is a zero-pole-distance catalytic electrode formed by integrating a composite catalyst with an ion membrane, and the machine has a complete electrical control system. It is available in two output ratings, 6000 ml/min and 8400 ml/min.
Construction and Specifications
Output flow is 3000 x 2 = 6000 ml/min or 4200 x 2 = 8400 ml/min, at an output pressure of 0~0.2 MPa. Hydrogen purity is above 99.99%. Hydrogen gas output is 1000 x 4 = 4000 ml/min or 1400 x 4 = 5600 ml/min, and oxygen gas output is 500 x 4 = 2000 ml/min or 700 x 4 = 2800 ml/min. Supply voltage is 110~220V (+/-15%) at 50~60 Hz with input power below 2400 W, and the maximum supply voltage is 21V 26A. The unit has a 2 L tank, 22.5 g/h reaction water consumption and requires water resistivity of at least 2M ohm/cm. It uses four hydrogen generator cells, two power-supply control units, two radiators, two touch screens and four variable-frequency power sources.
