What This Machine Is
The M18 is a compact PEM hydrogen generator. Water is split by electrolysis through an imported proton exchange membrane, and hydrogen leaves through a dedicated outlet. Output can be switched between 500, 750 and 1000 ml/min. Rated hydrogen purity is 99.992% or higher.
Water Supply and TDS Monitoring
The unit runs on purified or distilled water with TDS below 10 PPM. A built-in TDS display shows the reading for the water in the tank, and the machine checks TDS to prevent internal clogging and extend service life. Water level is monitored to prevent overflow, and a water-shortage cut-off prevents dry burning.
Controls and Outlets
The touch panel provides flow selection, a countdown timer and a digital readout. A sight window on the front shows the water chamber and the electrolysis bubbles. It has separate hydrogen and oxygen outlets.
Safety Systems
Five conditions are monitored while the machine runs: TDS water quality, water level, water shortage, over-temperature, and imbalance caused by the unit being knocked or tilted. Alarms cover high temperature, low water, TDS status and imbalance.
Construction and Portable Size
The housing is aviation-grade aluminum with an anodized coating, finished with a ribbed profile on both sides and a circular fan grille. Overall dimensions are 198 x 175 x 278 mm, with a handle set into the top cover.
Voltage and Plug Options
The machine uses a wide-voltage adapter covering 100 to 240V at 50 or 60Hz. Three plug options are available: US, EU and UK.
